The website (www.lincolnstudentlettings.com) is partially compliant with The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 No.952, as we are in the process of reviewing and auditing our web presence.

We work to achieve and maintain WCAG 2.1 AA standards, but it is not always possible for all our content to be accessible. Recite Me software installed on our website is a Cloud based web accessibility solution which allows our visitors to customise our site the way needed so it to works for you.
The software is easy to use, the software includes text to speech functionality, dyslexia software, an interactive dictionary, a translation tool with over 100 languages and many other features. Recite Me works across all devices.

Navigating by headings
Use browser plugins or assistive technology such as a screen reader to list the headings and subheadings in the page and go straight to the heading you need.

When navigating by keyboard you can see a particular interactive element, we are working on improvements to our website, such as links and form fields through introducing a highlighted outline.

We are working alongside the University of Lincoln Students’ Union Ltd to improve our accessibility based on their lead. We plan to undertake formal accessibility audits of the website on an annual basis using WCAG 2.1 AA standards which guide our long-term audit and improvement plans post 2020.
